Company Story
Cascade Framing Contractors has framed Pacific Northwest custom homes and small commercial buildings since 2011. Our two framing crews run 4 framers each, plus a part-time trim crew. We specialize in wood framing (2x4 and 2x6 walls), structural sheathing, floor systems (TJI, LVL, dimensional), roof framing including truss installation, and panelized wall systems when schedule allows.
Standard on-site hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekend and overtime work is available for schedule-critical jobs. We supply our own cordless tool kits, compressors, and a small telehandler for residential pours; on larger projects we coordinate equipment rentals through our partners and bill those as separate line items.
We accept ACH and credit cards on jobs under $30k, and net-30 terms on approved credit accounts for larger residential and commercial projects. Send us your plans and we will give you a per-square-foot rough framing price within 5 business days.
